Disconnections/Diversions

On site utility project management

As well as site attendances for utility meetings, Source can offer bespoke Project management services for schemes where we are able to provide civil works. In challenging contestable quotations we can provide alternative costs which may carry a cost or programme benefit, or both. We can provide onsite Project Management for the duration of the works, liaising with site mgmt, the utility company and all other affected parties.
