Our twenty five strong Design Team headed by Michael Stockdale are accredited and experienced in all forms of utility design and auxiliary designs that you need to ensure your project runs smoothly.

We are LRQA accredited for Water , Electrical and Gas Design plus we have Telecommunications Design capability. We have twenty years experience designing utilities in wide variety of schemes from Euston Station Design for Costain Skanska through to designing Utilities for Tesco Stores Limited on over one hundred schemes right back to our roots designing the entirety of the utility network for 2012 Olympic Park. Accustomed to working in challenging urban environments where space is at a premium we will work with your teams to bring a practical deliverable solution in the format your require from 2D CAD drawings to working with you in collaborative BIM environment.
