BIM/CAD Design

Our BIM/CAD team are accustomed to providing design services to projects large or small from 2D detailing to the redevelopment of Euston Station, our commissions vary from half a day to a team of ten BIM designers working for a year on an integrated BIM model.

At the less complex end of the spectrum we can work with our surveying colleagues to provide a site survey report for feasibility purposes. We can provide drawings in 2D of proposed infrastructure designs whether they are cable, pipes , chambers, bases or any associated utility infrastructure our , access to utility specification library for the all utilities allows our designer to ensure that all details are compliant.

For more complicated commissions we are accustomed to working with clients to in the BIM space , adept at providing or assisting with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) our three experienced BIM Managers have delivered the utility elements of some of the largest infrastructure projects in the last few years from designing the utilities in ultra secure environment at a USAF airbase to optioneering to fit a 5m by 5m shaft in at Bank Station to allow TBM access. Our enthusiastic championing of BIM as part of the digitalisation journey of the construction industry has reduced cost and rework on the projects we have been involved in
