• To provide a robust plant protection process safeguarding our clients ‘network assets from damage by proposed third party works

SOLUTION

• Check third party plant enquiries against client as built network mapping database
• Classify plant enquiries into affected and not affected categories and log on to the database
• Reply to all third party plant enquiry requests confirming whether our client’s network is affected
• Where the client’s network is affected, provide copies of as built drawings to the third party

RESULTS AND BENEFITS

• Responses all third party plant enquires produced in line with NRSWA 1991 guidelines and timetable
• Clients are reassured that their networks are protected
• Monthly reports to clients of all processed plant enquiries keep them up to date
